This is first stable GOWrite 3.0 version.

New features from 2.x version:
* UI clean-up, lots of small adjustments.
* Good / bad move indicators are supported.
* Move exception can include custom text.
* Exception list formatting is improved.
* Score estimator can estimate territory. Does not require fully closed territories.
* Large number of minor bug fixes due to improvements in code base due to Hactar go.
* Fixes for various reported problems.

It seems old version number was left on linux link. Please use lower one of "2.3.48" links to download 3.0.12.

By the way, it would be better if you change the text of the second hyperlink "2.3.48" to "3.0.12". That way, people would know where to get the latest linux version for the new stable version of gowrite.
