Localizations

Hactar can be localized up to 99% of messages.

Hactar localization is maintained in https://home.gowrite.net/localize. You need to register (free) to site in order to modify localizations.
Strings are quite stable do not change much. Still, during development I slowly add strings to Hactar and may remove some strings.

Localization site sends me notification on changes. If I do not seem to react, please notify me by mail or from hactar feedback.

NOTE: 2014-11-11: SGF files themself are not anymore localized. Instead only text is localized.

Hactar Help (introduction and rules) are stored as SGF files internally in Hactar.

Notes on sgf files:

• * Node name is header.
  * Node comment is main text.
  * Diagrams are exported as normal in GOWrite.
  * File encoding must be UTF-8.

SGF files were available as text in old localization site.

Note as of 2012-03-05: I am not very happy with actual content of files. However, improvements may take a while to make.

Good point, I seem not to have list of contributors anywhere.
Where do you think would be good place to have them?
Google play listing?

The list of the contributors placed in the "about Hactar go lite" might be proper

Actually I did intend information to be in about screen, but did not document it anywhere.

Now I added this to instructions about localization:

About localizing string about_hactar_localization “Hactar English localization by Lauri Paatero.”: Please change English to locale you are editing, and add your name. Also remove me, if editing something else than English or Finnish.

So please, just edit this string in localization!
