GOWrite 1 and 2 are now freeware.
I have decided to make GOWrite freeware for benefit of go community.
Some of license texts might not yet reflect this, I will be changing texts as I update other things.

does this mean all app will work for me as i just now downloaded the GOWRITE software and as i tried to send fee with ajournal discount but could not get the two together.
I would like to proffer the fee in any case please tell me how and where to do so

If I understand your question correctly:
Yes, GOWrite is fully functional without any kind of registration.
Future versions will also remove red "not registered" text from start-up screen, as it is normal to use without registration.
Part of reason for making GOWrite free is just that I feel it serves GO community better now. If you happen to make go (publication) material with GOWrite, I would be happy to see some of it. Seeing GOWrite in different uses makes me happy.
