Version 2.2.13 is collection of minor improvements, comleting print wizard improvements started in 2.2.12.

• - Add adjustment for max diagram count to print wizard and corrected logic using it. This attempts to keeps comments close diagram they belong to.
  - Collections dialog and Search can show games without SGF game information.
  - Search result from files inside ZIP were show incorrectly when file was opened to editor.
  - Lazy delete of outdated data from database implemented. This ensures transactions do not get enormous when removingn more than 20000 games from database.
  - In Windows change GOWrite name (visible in certain operations, like file associations) to GOWrite2.
  - In GOWrite testing window delayed exit checkbox is set correctly when window is loaded.

This version will be promoted to stable in few days, if serious problems are not found.
