RPM packages before 2nd release of 2.2.17

GOWrite 2 RPM packages have had serious problem for a while before 2nd release of 2.2.17.
Problem prevents GOWrite 2 from starting at all.
Second release of 2.2.17 correct the problem by adding missing file swing-layout-1.0.jar.
