I have run into another problem running under Windows 7 - I can print a diagram from GOWrite, but the Export options do not produce files (or error messages). I have tried EPS, LaTeX and Bitmap.

I downloaded the latest version, 2.3.25, but still no files.

I downloaded 2.3.35 to a laptop running XP - no problems with producing files with XP.

I notice that Insert/New Diagram also has a box for the Export File Name, and I have tried completing that as well as the file name in the Export dialogue, but to no avail.

First thing would be to check that export path in export diagram is what you expect.

Do you see exported comment file (.html or such) or no new file at all?
And just to make sure, do you have write permissions to directory where you try to export?

Hi Lauri

Ah, thanks. I was clearing the location for the comment file as I didn't want it. This leads to it being set to the GOWrite2 directory in Program Files, to which I did not have permission to write on the Windows 7 system (unlike XP). In this situation, Export does not write the diagram file either, although I have permission to write to its destination.
