Starting Problems

Hi,
after using gowrite during the last month it did not start this morning and I cound not find a solution by myself.
The script I use to start the program is "gowrite".

Version: 2.3.48 (also tried 2.3.38 with the same results)
OS: Ubuntu 14.04
Log: ...

log INFO: start 1.8.0_45 / 2.3.48 in Linux/3.13.0-53-generic
log WARNING: debug23.cfgx settings not found.
log INFO: Using generic native support in linux
log INFO: command "-endOpen"
log INFO: Accelerators: gowrite/text/Accelerator-generic

I cannot see the reason from output log.

You could try to delete or rename .gowrite folder (in your home folder).
It contains things like gowrite settings, and likely reason is that some of those are damaged in a way that prevents gowrite start.

If you delete or rename folder, gowrite will create a new one.

Hi Lauri,

it worked!
I deleted the .gowrite folder and upon starting gowrite the next time a new (empty) .gowrite folder was created.
