[Hactar] Hide AI button when registering a game (tournament mode)

Hi again.

Last weekend my kid and me attended a tournament. I use Hactar to record my games, and bought a license for my kid too. I noticed on my kid tablet, AI button is just there, so accesible (due to screen, on my phone is under 3 dots menu). My kid will not push the button in the middle of a game, but mistakes and things happens in real life, and I think could be a great feature to be able to have an option in settings to hide this button when recording a game.

Would be great to have a tournament check, and when registering a game, only be able to do 3 things.

• Put stones in order (default behaviour registering a game).
• Put black/white stone under demand (to add stones in place if you missed some turn).
• Undo/move back.

What means, remove almost everything (variations, triangles marks, AI, and so on....) if this option is checked. Just record game and nothing else, to avoid mistakes and weird situations. Be able to remove AI should be enough, but, I don't know how is developed, but probably is not so hard just to hide all the unneded buttons in UI. There is no changes at all, just turn off visible almost all if Tournament in settings is enabled. I will create an image with hactar UI showing all the elements to hide and paste it later.

This is often requested idea. I just have not got around to do it.

Internally it will require some thinking to avoid lots of copy-paste code, but in principle there is nothing difficult.
